Montessori & Ninja Classes

Our Parent & Tot class is an introduction to basic gymnastics along with Ninja Warrior skills where the parent (or grandparent) and child work together. We focus on flexibility, balance, coordination, following directions, listening skills and socialization all the while having fun. This is a great experience for both the parent and the child. Class size limited to 10 parents & tots.

This co-ed class provides a quality beginning gymnastics experience that is structured but not rigid. Students can direct their physical energy while learning basic gymnastics skills through all events. The 50 minute class is offered on a once or twice a week schedule. Class size limited to 8 mini-squirts per class.

These classes are the core classes in our Recreational Gymnastics program. They offer quality instruction from beginning through advanced gymnastics skills. Students work out on all apparatus throughout the month. The gymnasts progress is continually evaluated and gymnasts are advanced per personal progression. Classes are offered on a once or twice a week schedule. Class size limited to 8 mini-gymnasts per class.

This co-ed class provides an introduction to the skills and training of Ninja Warriors along with early gymnastic skills. Class size limited to 8 Ninjas per class for students in similar ages and abilities.

This co-ed class provides an introduction to the skills and training of Ninja Warriors. We work on balance, stability, speed, agility with increasing challenges as the Ninjas develop. Class size limited to 8 Ninjas per class for students in similar ages and abilities.

Gymnastics performances are scheduled throughout the year so that all the Recreational Gymnasts get a chance to show off what they are learning. Watch the events page for upcoming performances. Performances limited to the most students and guests we can accommodate without violating fire code!
